MaineHealth Citrix Workspace

Step 1: Download and run Receiver Cleanup Utility

• Press Enter to initiate uninstall of previous Citrix Receiver versions
• When prompted, press N to ignore the request to send data to Citrix
• Press any key to exit the cleanup utility

Step 2: Download and run Citrix Workspace LTSR

• Select Start to begin installation
• Check I accept the license agreement, then select Next
• Ensure Enable single sign-on is not selected, then select Next
• Allow the installer to complete and accept all default settings

Step 3: Reboot

Step 4: Open MaineHealth AppsPortal
